CMM Inspector & Programmer Needed

Job Description

Join our quality control team as a CMM Inspector and Programmer focused on aerospace manufacturing. Leverage your skills in operating and programming CMM machines for precise inspections.

The role requires a Junior CMM/Operator-Programmer to work under the QC Manager, ensuring that raw materials and finished products meet standards. Candidates should possess a relevant engineering diploma, experience with CMM operations, and a solid understanding of quality control methods. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct final, in-process, and first off inspections

• Edit and operate CMM machines effectively

• Draft and prepare detailed inspection reports

• Utilize precision tools like micrometers and calipers

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes

Requirements:

• Diploma in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering

• CMM Software Programming Certification required

• Minimum 2 years of related inspection experience

• Knowledge of AS 9100 standards

• Good mathematical skills and software proficiency
