Innovate lipid nanoparticle processes as a skilled Process Development Scientist. Oversee formulation and characterization efforts while preparing for scale-up in a collaborative lab setting.

In this independent role, you'll leverage hands-on experience to enhance the LNP manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will encompass experimental design and documentation, supporting future developments while ensuring rigorous quality standards. Engage effectively with team members and external partners, contributing to the broader R&D objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct LNP formulation and TFF process development

• Maintain workflow for analytical quality metrics

• Build process knowledge for effective documentation

• Present technical results to internal and external audiences

• Collaborate in R&D program evolution

Requirements:

• MSc or PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience

• Proven LNP formulation and flow filtration skills

• Expertise in Quality by Design (QbD) principles

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Familiarity with regulatory biotech standards
