Java Architect Role in Financial Services

Join Publicis Sapient as a Java Architect focused on transforming Capital Markets technology. Lead development efforts that enhance trade processing and risk management.

This role within the Capital Markets Technology team is designed for a hands-on leader with a strong technical foundation in Java. You will collaborate closely with business partners and a diverse range of teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions. Your experience with complex systems and regulatory environments will ensure high-quality architecture and development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of Java-based platforms for trade workflows

• Collaborate with various teams to align technology solutions

• Maintain system architecture oversight and quality assurance

• Drive best practices for software development life cycles

• Guide onshore/offshore teams through technical challenges

Requirements:

• Proven Java (Java 8+) experience in an enterprise context

• Expertise in Spring framework and Microservices design

• Strong SQL and database management skills

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and environments

• Background in Middle Office within Financial Services
