Job Description

Join Google's team as a Security Consultant Intern for the Summer 2027 session in Toronto, ON, honing your skills in cybersecurity. This role is perfect for students at a critical stage of their education.

Targeted towards penultimate-year students pursuing degrees in Computer Science or Information Security, this internship emphasizes real-world experience in cybersecurity disciplines. Interns will engage with clients, assist in evaluating security programs, and implement vital security measures while enhancing their technical skills in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients in strategic cybersecurity program development

• Analyze client security requirements and propose solutions

• Review and implement existing security systems

• Communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues

• Collaborate with various teams on security challenges

Requirements:

• In progress of a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree

• Experience with cybersecurity and relevant lab projects

• Proficient in programming languages such as Python or Go

• Availability for full-time engagement during summer

• Knowledgeable about operating systems like macOS or Windows
