Job Description

Drive apparel quality as a Technical Developer at Park & Fifth in Vancouver, BC. This position combines technical proficiency in garment construction with a collaborative work approach in a full-time role.

You will engage in the entire technical development phase, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to production. A minimum of 3 years in technical design with advanced Gerber AccuMark skills is required. Your role will involve close collaboration with multiple teams to produce exceptional fitting garments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the technical development process from concept to production

• Create, modify, and maintain digital patterns

• Evaluate garment samples to ensure fit accuracy

• Assist in grading and developing pattern specifications

• Document all technical processes accurately

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or related

• 3–7 years of apparel technical development experience

• Proficient in Gerber AccuMark software

• Strong understanding of garment fitting processes

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
