Join Clio as a Software Development Manager focusing on cutting-edge AI technology. This Burnaby-based role requires hybrid work, emphasizing both leadership and development skills.

As part of our engineering team working on the Draft product, you will be responsible for navigating complex technical challenges and driving collaboration with designers and product managers. Your insight will help shape team development, while you also participate in hands-on coding and comprehensive code reviews. Regular 1:1 sessions with direct reports will support their growth and career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to create effective development roadmaps

• Contribute to technical design and decision-making processes

• Review code and provide actionable feedback for improvement

• Engage in hiring practices to enhance team capabilities

• Conduct 1:1 mentorship meetings for team member development

Requirements:

• Proven success in software development leadership
