Project Engineer for Municipal Infrastructure

Job Description

Improve municipal infrastructure with RVA as a full-time Project Engineer in Sudbury. Utilize your engineering talents in project design, analysis, and client collaboration.

As a Project Engineer at RVA, you will be instrumental in executing multidisciplinary projects. This position requires a Civil Engineering degree and an active P.Eng designation in Ontario, along with 4-14 years of hands-on experience in municipal infrastructure design. Your responsibilities will include preparing designs for water and sewer systems and collaborating with regulators and contractors to achieve project milestones.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide engineering services on municipal projects • Prepare designs and specifications for infrastructure • Liaise with regulatory agencies and utility companies • Participate in business development and teamwork • Mentor junior engineers and interns

Requirements: • University degree in Civil Engineering • Valid P.Eng license to practice in Ontario • 4-14 years of experience in relevant projects • Proficiency in hydraulic modelling • Strong skills in relationship management
