Shape the future of AV at TLD as an Audio Visual Designer. Work from Richmond or remotely, focusing on innovative solutions that meet client needs and project specifications.

In this role, you will serve as a lead designer in commercial AV projects, working directly with clients to understand specifications and develop tailored solutions. You’ll also support TLD’s sales efforts and programming functions, contributing critical insights that enhance project delivery and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement complex AV systems that meet client needs

• Organize project documentation and client files meticulously

• Provide input for proposals and research project opportunities

• Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient project execution

• Conduct quality checks during AV system installation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field

• 5+ years experience in the AV industry

• Strong communication and design capabilities

• Proficient in AV design software

• Familiar with AV programming and integration concepts
