Superintendent for Civil Structural Projects

Job Description

Join CanAtom as a Superintendent overseeing the Civil Structural aspects of the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station refurbishment project. Prioritize safety and efficient project execution in this key leadership role.

With a minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience in construction, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and project specifications. Effective communication and organizational skills are paramount as you liaise with clients, engineers, and subcontractors. Your ability to influence project timelines and productivity will be vital for successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders

• Develop and adhere to project safety and quality protocols

• Assist in schedule development and recovery strategies

• Supervise trades and subcontractor operations

• Document all project activities and compliance

Requirements:

• Education in technical college or equivalent experience

• 10 years of experience in a supervisory role

• Knowledge of construction technology and compliance
