Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones

Translate and interpret business documents and communications as required

Help manage competing priorities and ensure important items are followed through to completion

Work closely with other members of the executive support team

Take on a variety of projects and responsibilities as required - no two days will necessarily look the same

Fluency in either Mandarin or Cantonese is required

Strong ability to read, write and communicate professionally in the required language

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

A highly proactive, adaptable and solutions-oriented approach

Strong technology skills and confidence working with business systems and digital tools

Willingness to step outside of a traditional EA scope and take ownership of projects and priorities
