Field Service Representative If you thrive on problem-solving, and enjoy working across diverse industrial environments, this could be a good opportunity for you.

The role You'll be the go-to technical expert across the Lower Mainland dispatching directly from home to service precision industrial weighing and inspection systems. Most of your day involves break-fix troubleshooting — software interfaces, networking, and electromechanical diagnostics — with structured preventative maintenance rounding out the rest. Heavy mechanical work is handled by customer millwrights; your value is in sharp systems thinking and clean customer communication.

Requirements Field service experience

Background in industrial equipment service

Electromechanical background

Strong troubleshooting instincts across electrical and mechanical systems

Software & networking knowledge

Comfortable diagnosing system communication abd interfaces
