Become a key player with ICBC as a Client Service Representative. This part-time role focuses on delivering customer support for driver licensing services in various BC locations.

In this resident position, you’ll assist clients with obtaining and renewing licenses while maintaining high service standards. Success in this role demands outstanding attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the capacity to handle busy office hours. Your role directly supports the community's mobility needs and ensures customer satisfaction through accurate service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess eligibility for driver’s licenses and BCID cards

• Conduct accurate licensing transactions and maintain records

• Process payments ensuring precision and care

• Handle customer inquiries and explain requirements

• Support efficient office operations and resolve challenges

Requirements:

• Experience delivering excellent customer service

• Strong accuracy in transaction and cash handling

• Proficient in data entry and using computer systems

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening

• May require a valid Class 5 BC Driver's License
