Requirements

Experience creating 3D architectural or interior design renderings

Proficiency in 3D software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar

Ability to interpret floor plans, sketches, or reference photos

Strong sense of composition, lighting, and material texture

Portfolio showcasing relevant 3D visualization work

Detail-oriented and able to deliver high-quality visuals on a short timeline

Remote work acceptable

Availability for prompt communication and quick turnaround
