Job Description

Capgemini seeks a skilled SQL Developer to maintain and optimize our enterprise SQL Server environments. This role emphasizes building robust database architectures within a collaborative team atmosphere.

As an SQL Developer, your responsibilities will include writing and optimizing TSQL, managing ETL processes, and ensuring scalability and security in data systems. You’ll leverage your five-plus years of experience to improve database performance while engaging with a diverse community of global colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and optimize complex stored procedures and user-defined functions

• Analyze database performance and execution plans for tuning

• Maintain and develop data pipelines for ETL processes

• Develop relational models and advanced indexing solutions

• Create data formats optimized for effective reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server

• Expert knowledge of TSQL and SQL Server tools

• Familiarity with programming languages like C# or Python

• Strong skills in data integration and management
