The Program Coordinator will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing recreational programs aimed at enhancing client well-being. In this role, you'll supervise Activity Worker II positions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team and ensuring that therapeutic aspects of care plans are effectively implemented and monitored.

Key Responsibilities: • Plan and evaluate leisure programs for clients • Oversee and mentor Activity Worker II team members • Execute therapeutic tasks as per care plans • Maintain effective communication with residents • Monitor the progression of client health outcomes

Requirements: • Graduation from a recognized recreational program • At least one year of relevant experience • Valid Class IV vehicle license required • Strong supervisory and organizational skills • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
