Estimator Position in Formwork Division

Bosa Construction is hiring an Estimator to enhance project delivery in our formwork division. You will collaborate with leadership and project teams, ensuring that all aspects of the estimating process are meticulously handled. This role is vital for maintaining quality and fostering long-term partnerships with our clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather estimating input for labor and material costs

• Work with project management on virtual construction

• Prepare detailed analysis of labor requirements

• Review project designs to enhance cost efficiencies

• Track projected versus actual costs throughout projects

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience with complex construction projects

• Expertise in concrete and formwork processes

• Strong familiarity with on-screen takeoff tools

• Degree in Building Technology or related areas

• Excellent communication skills for client interaction
