Program Manager, Agile Delivery Focus

Job Description

Armstrong seeks a Program Manager, specializing in business systems and agile delivery to execute strategic projects that impact enterprise solutions. Enhance workflow efficiency through structured coordination.

In this role, you will ensure successful execution of the business systems roadmap while managing interdependencies and facilitating agile practices. Your 3-5 years of program management experience will guide teams in achieving defined outcomes effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate roadmap delivery across multiple teams

• Monitor execution risks and dependencies

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and PI planning

• Track feature execution and results-based measurements

• Serve as a key point of communication for stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar

• 3-5 years of experience in program management

• Experience with enterprise business systems is essential

• SAFe RTE certification preferred

• Exceptional facilitation and coordination skills
