EQUILIBRIUM, an award-winning Structural Engineering firm, is in search of an Intermediate Structural BIM Technician/Technologist for our Digital Delivery team. With a commitment to innovative timber construction, you'll develop architectural solutions that incorporate sustainability. Work within a multidisciplinary framework while driving exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design resilient structural solutions to surpass code

• Conduct structural analysis from concept to final construction

• Collaborate and communicate with drafting team for BIM models

• Influence key projects by participating in committees

• Own project coordination independently for small to medium projects

Requirements:

• Diploma in a related field such as Architectural Technology

• 3-5+ years of experience in structural BIM

• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam

• Based in Vancouver or willing to relocate

• Insight into timber and hybrid construction systems
