As a Data Developer II, you will report to the Supervisor, Data Platform, and be responsible for designing and modeling data solutions that drive business value. Successful candidates will have a robust coding background and a passion for cloud-based technologies. Collaborate with a forward-thinking team located in the stunning Elk Valley or Calgary with a flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a safety champion and uphold best practices

• Deliver innovative data software solutions

• Architect and deploy Data Pipelines in Azure environments

• Set up CI/CD frameworks for efficient workflows

• Validate ongoing data quality throughout processing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related area

• Experience with Azure and programming in C#/.net, Python

• Strong understanding of cloud services like Databricks

• Familiar with both relational and non-relational data systems

• Solid knowledge of operational security best practices
