Manager for Frigate Program Excellence

Job Description

Lead the Halifax Class Work Period Contracts at Davie as Program Manager. Drive project quality and strategic governance to optimize performance and stakeholder satisfaction.

In this role, you will oversee the HCWPC portfolio, ensuring that program execution aligns with corporate objectives and industry standards. Your focus will be on creating a robust PMO and enhancing project delivery through effective governance and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while mentoring your team to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities: • Define PMO vision and performance reporting structures • Implement risk and quality management processes • Conduct audits and health checks for compliance • Develop comprehensive KPI frameworks • Promote strong partnerships with stakeholders

Requirements: • Minimum of ten years in program management • Experience managing substantial Government Marine programs • Bachelor's in relevant field or advanced degree • Leadership experience in PMOs essential • Proficiency in Earned Value Management methodology
