About the Role:

Aegis Industrial Finishing is looking for a General Labourer to support the smooth flow of our production floor and help keep our work areas clean and organized. It's a great entry point into learning how Aegis works, with a real path to grow into more specialized roles as you build experience.

What You'll Do:

Assist production staff as instructed

Help move product through the shop

Contribute effectively to production

Follow best practices and standard operating procedures as trained

Maintain cleanliness of your work area and equipment

Work safely and follow all site safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

Physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving product (never lifting more than 50 lbs alone).

Attention to detail, with respect and appreciation for order and cleanliness.

Understands and demonstrates our company core values.

Reliable and safety-minded.

Reads and follows written instructions in English.

No experience necessary — we train you.

Safety:

Appropriate PPE required at all times

When moving or hanging parts, never lift more than 50 lbs on your own

Approved steel-toe footwear and hearing protection required when on the shop floor for extended periods
