Join GlobeStar Systems as a Solutions Delivery Engineer I in Toronto, ON (Hybrid). Play a vital role in enhancing clinical communication through innovative IoT technology.

This position offers a unique opportunity for tech-savvy individuals interested in healthcare systems implementation. You will report to the Manager of Solutions Delivery and contribute to customer experiences through hands-on support and technical insight. Your proactive approach will drive successful deployment of Connexall® for various healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical implementation of Connexall solutions

• Articulate software designs during customer interactions

• Assist in on-site project launches and troubleshooting

• Support user configurations and system installations

• Follow up with internal teams to ensure successful deployments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Engineering

• Basic understanding of system design and installation

• Familiarity with SQL Server and basic database queries

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Ability to explain technical solutions clearly
