In the New Customer Experience team, you'll be instrumental in reshaping how clients discover and adopt Pantheon’s innovative platform. Your role will bridge various departments, advancing initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction through the development of reliable software features, infrastructure management, and meticulous coding practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve the end-to-end onboarding experience for clients

• Develop features leveraging Python services and GraphQL

Requirements:

• 5-8+ years of experience in software engineering

• Proficient in Python, GoLang, or JavaScript
