Senior Project Manager in Engineering

Job Description

Manage engineering projects with expertise, serving as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams. Focus on project execution, timely deliverables, and budget management within a hybrid work structure.

Located in Vancouver, this full-time role requires an experienced project manager with at least 10 years in the engineering field. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across energy and infrastructure sectors. A proactive approach to risks and stakeholder communication is essential for this role, as is supporting the growth of project coordinators and managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project management from proposal to completion

• Facilitate communication between clients and engineering teams

• Manage project schedules, plans, and budgets

• Optimize project performance through risk management

• Mentor junior project management staff

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in engineering or technical services

• 5+ years’ direct project management experience

• Proven track record in managing diverse engineering teams

• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
