Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure Genesys Cloud CX to enhance performance

• Lead API and integration development using REST and OAuth

• Drive contact centre modernization initiatives

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of relevant experience

• Expertise in SIP, VoIP, and cloud migration

• Proven background in API and integration development

• Genesys certifications preferred

• Strong understanding of contact centre technologies
