Technician for Event Audio Visual Systems

Job Description

Join the team as a Technician, responsible for setting up and operating AV systems in a hospitality environment. Ensure customer satisfaction through skilled execution and service.

You will specialize in audiovisual system setup and maintenance, working directly with clients to ensure their event needs are met. Strong communication and technical skills are essential to navigate challenges and deliver quality service. Reporting to management, you'll play a key role in enhancing event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate setup and breakdown of AV systems

• Build and maintain client relationships effectively

• Conduct regular check-ins with event guests

• Troubleshoot issues with AV equipment proactively

• Complete accurate documentation and system maintenance

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred

• 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience

• Preferred audio-visual experience

• Achieve required technical certification

• Ability to lift 50 lbs as necessary
