This role calls for a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in structural design, particularly in mineral processing and industrial sectors. Act as a point of contact for projects, managing designs that adhere to Canadian standards while supervising a team of engineers. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct structural engineering design processes for projects

• Analyze and design steel and concrete structures

• Develop design criteria and project scopes of work

• Mentor and manage engineering teams for timely project delivery

• Conduct inspections and analysis of existing structures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Structural Engineering; Master’s preferred

• P.Eng. registration in British Columbia

• 12+ years of industrial structural design experience

• Expertise in structural dynamics and CAD software

• Strong communication and client relations skills
