Job Description

Shape the future of health with Dynacare by becoming a System Validation Analyst. This full-time hybrid role in Brampton involves comprehensive testing of laboratory systems.

The System Validation Analyst at Dynacare will work within the Clinical Development and Quality Assurance team, ensuring system validation efficiency. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree and have at least one year of experience in quality assurance. This position requires collaboration across various departments to establish and execute Test Plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Test Plans and Scripts for validation

• Collaborate on system integration for laboratory operations

• Document changes according to SOPs

• Train staff on validation methodologies

• Review systems and monitor performance annually

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or experience

• Minimum 1 year of system validation or QA experience

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Good understanding of laboratory IT systems

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
