Job Description

Drive integration innovation as a Platform Architect at Canadian Tire Corporation. You’ll lead the evolution of the integration architecture with a strong focus on scalability and resiliency for distributed systems.

In this key role, you will provide architectural oversight, ensuring production-ready designs and compliance with integration standards. Your expertise in event-driven architectures and hands-on Java development will guide technology choices while shaping microservices interactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the evolution of enterprise integration architecture

• Define API standards and documentation for enterprise systems

• Champion modern integration patterns with event-driven focus

• Provide leadership in complex cross-domain integration tasks

• Work collaboratively with enterprise and application architects

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a Senior Architectural role preferred

• Deep integration architecture knowledge and hands-on Java experience

• Familiarity with Azure infrastructure and technologies

• Background in API design on Azure Kubernetes Service

• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaborations
