Job Description

Shape customer integrations and optimize B2B payments as a Solutions Engineer at Pliant. Your API expertise will drive exceptional payment solutions for diverse businesses.

At Pliant, headquartered in Berlin, your experience in solutions engineering will play a critical role in enhancing our clients' adoption of payment technologies. You will work closely with teams across the organization, from Sales to Product, to ensure seamless technical onboarding and integration processes. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee customer onboarding and API integration

• Conduct sales support activities including demos and RFPs

• Solve integration issues and facilitate quick resolutions

• Run educational workshops for developers on API best practices

• Document integration processes and create reference materials

Requirements:

• 5+ years in solutions engineering or similar role

• Extensive knowledge of REST APIs and integration protocols

• Familiar with programming languages like Java or TypeScript

• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience with complex integration projects across teams
