Job Description

Elevate Vancity's data-driven initiatives as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer. Design and operationalize scalable AI solutions that empower business strategies and enhance member experiences.

In this full-time remote role, you will become an integral part of Vancity’s Data Science & AI Pod. Your primary focus will be on developing end-to-end machine learning workflows to ensure high-quality, production-ready models. This position allows you to collaborate with diverse teams while contributing to impactful community-driven initiatives in British Columbia and Ontario.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough model evaluation and experiment design • Deploy machine learning solutions across enterprise applications • Create automation processes for ML model management • Ensure the reliability and scalability of production ML systems • Engage in continuous improvement of machine learning practices

Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in related disciplines • Degree in a quantitative field like Statistics or Mathematics • High proficiency in Python and SQL • Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning and Databricks • Proven track in productionizing machine learning solutions
