Maximo Platform Administrator Role

Job Description

Join Northland Power as a Maximo Platform Administrator to enhance system efficiency and support critical operations in the energy sector. Ensure system reliability and user satisfaction across multiple regions.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the IBM Maximo platform's administration and ongoing enhancements. You'll work closely with various teams to gather requirements and drive continuous improvement. This role mandates 4 days in the office, with one optional remote workday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary Maximo expert across operations

• Manage configurations, integrations, and application upgrades

• Provide ongoing user training and technical support

• Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly

• Develop and uphold system documentation and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or significant relevant experience

• 5+ years in IBM Maximo administration

• Experience with system integrations and SQL databases

• Strong project management and implementation skills

• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams
