This pivotal role within OSI Maritime’s engineering team involves leading the integration of advanced navigation systems for defense markets. You will utilize your deep knowledge of systems engineering, project management, and cybersecurity while coordinating efforts across various disciplines. Your leadership will be crucial in optimizing operations and ensuring system readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate technical proposals for integration and testing

• Recommend component-level hardware and software solutions

• Oversee laboratory test facilities and layouts

• Author and review essential integration documents

• Facilitate design and readiness reviews with clients

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Physics, or related field

• Minimum of 5 years in an engineering role

• At least 3 years focusing on Systems Engineering

• Experience in naval defense sector preferred

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
