Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer with strong experience in IBM Mainframe technologies.
• The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements developing and maintaining batch and online applications supporting production issues and delivering high quality solutions in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and perform impact analysis
• Design develops test and maintain Mainframe applications
• Develop and enhance programs using COBOL CICS DB2 VSAM and JCL
• Create and maintain batch jobs procedures and utilities
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and application defects
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Collaborate with business analysts QA teams and stakeholders during SDLC phases
• Support application deployments and postproduction activities
• Prepare technical design and support documentation
• Experience in application development enhancement and production support
• Strong debugging troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of SDLC Agile methodologies and release processes.
• Experience with IBM Mainframe environments zOS TSOISPF.
