EHS Audit Management Coordinator

Job Description

Become an EHS Audit Management Coordinator with Aecon in Bowmanville, ON. You will manage audits, implement corrective actions, and enhance the culture of safety.

This position, reporting to the DNNP EHS Director, requires you to plan, coordinate, and execute Environmental, Health, and Safety audits across multiple sites. Your expertise will assess compliance with various standards, identify areas needing improvement, and effectively support risk management strategies to promote EHS excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct EHS audits across various business units

• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements

• Develop strategies to improve audit processes

• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance EHS solutions

• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or EHS fields

• 5-10 years of relevant auditing experience

• Solid grasp of EHS regulatory frameworks

• Excellent analytical and problem-resolution skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
