This position calls for a dedicated Project Manager who thrives on overseeing renovations and custom homes. With a minimum of five years in the field, you will coordinate with designers, trades, and suppliers to ensure top-quality project execution. Your detailed knowledge of local construction processes in Vancouver will be invaluable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage renovation projects from initial design to final completion

• Work closely with clients, designers, and suppliers throughout

• Utilize management software such as Buildertrend or CoConstruct

• Navigate local permitting and establish trade relationships

• Ensure high standards in interior finishes and construction techniques

Requirements:

• At least five years of project management experience

• Proficient in wood-frame construction and renovation processes

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on problem-solving

• Valid BC Driver's License for attending project sites
