Program Manager with Stakeholder Focus

Job Description

Join as a Program Manager (L3) to lead complex initiatives while ensuring strong stakeholder collaboration and business impact. This role requires strong project management and communication skills.

You’ll manage the execution of programs, define clear objectives, and build relationships across teams to drive success. As a Program Manager, you will also track program health and identify opportunities for operational improvements while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee execution and delivery of key projects • Facilitate stakeholder discussions and decision-making • Track KPIs and establish program governance • Proactively manage risks and issues • Create executive-level reports and insights

Requirements: • Knowledge in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies • Proficiency with Microsoft and project management tools • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification required • Experience in enterprise cloud environments • Proven skills in data analysis and process improvement
