Opening work requests, requesting parts, partnering with customer facing roles to have services completed within on-time delivery parameters. Invoicing of completed jobs within LLTI target timelines Monitoring machine usage Training and support of other team members as required. Specific Skills

Experience with Infor M3, Salesforce, and CAT applications Understanding of all policies related to the service department Understanding of service work in progress management (SWIP) SIS and VisionLink working knowledge Accountability

Ensure WOs are opened and closed in a timely manner. Ensure identification of aging WO's and action appropriately. Maintain accurate contract information in Salesforce programs Education & Experience

Grade 12 education at a minimum Post-secondary education in a related discipline considered an asset Previous office or administrative experience considered an asset. Company Values
