Job Description

Shape the future of transit as a Readiness Coordinator with Scarborough Transit Connect in Scarborough, ON. Support the delivery and handover of the Scarborough Subway Extension project while collaborating closely with diverse teams.

In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Readiness Director, ensuring smooth project execution and stakeholder management. You will develop tailored closeout programs, monitor progress, and manage risks while collaborating with the design team and subcontractors. Your contributions will enhance transit access in Scarborough and support the greater Toronto area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support all aspects of project delivery and handover

• Develop tailored closeout and handover programs

• Coordinate with clients on project status and risks

• Collaborate with stakeholders for agreements and approvals

• Ensure specifications are met for inventory and tracking

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Engineering or related field

• Minimum 3 years of construction experience

• Familiarity with TTC is a significant asset

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project

• Strong communication and organizational skills
