Aecon Pre-Construction Proposal Coordinator

Job Description

In this essential role, you will report to the Estimator Manager and act as a vital link for estimating, project management, and operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating submissions, maintaining schedules, and compiling critical information to support proposal development. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the preparation of RFQs, RFPs, and tenders • Maintain and track proposal schedules and submission calendars • Gather data from safety, quality, and estimating teams • Update proposal templates and project resumes • Draft necessary documentation like ECO Plans

Requirements: • 1-3 years of experience in proposal coordination • Experience in the construction field is beneficial • Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word • Excellent ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills
