Elevate your engineering career as Purolator’s Lead Hub Operations Excellence Engineer in Etobicoke, ON. This role focuses on optimizing logistics and network strategy through data-driven decision making.

As the Lead Engineer, you will report to the Operations Excellence Manager and guide strategic initiatives crucial for network design and operational excellence. Utilize your skills in transportation and engineering to improve processes and lead a team dedicated to achieving Purolator's objectives. Your role will be pivotal in fostering efficiency and innovation across the operations framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage network strategies

• Optimize material handling and ergonomics practices

• Lead cross-functional teams in project execution

• Assess operational processes for continuous improvement

• Facilitate technical training and support for staff

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

• 5+ years in engineering with logistics focus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and PowerBI

• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred

• Strong communication and leadership abilities
