Solutions Architect

Overview Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to join our client.

Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend

Pay Rate: Starting from $75 per hour

Location: Toronto, ON

Location Type: Hybrid: onsite 2 days per week, shifting to 4 days in November

Business Hours: Monday to Friday; Core Business Hours

Responsibilities Lead, design and/or develop an architecture framework including technology domain architecture strategy, policies, guiding principles and standards to govern how technology solutions will be developed and implemented.

Develop enterprise or segment technology roadmaps and associated plans.

Review project blueprints: Segment Architect approves, or vetoes blueprints based on alignment to enterprise standards.

Advise on how best to design overall solutions.

Oversee/define development specifications, technical requirements, system performance objectives and identify system modifications required to meet objectives.

Research/analyze business requirements to evaluate and recommend optimal solutions within technology architecture.

Provide expert consultation and participate as the top technical expert on the most high risk and complex initiatives / projects.

Qualifications ServiceNow Experience (either as a System Admin, Developer, or ITSM Manager) – 10 years

Solutions architect experience

Solutions design experience

CSA Certification

Database management

Network experience
