Senior Backend Engineer - PLM Platform

Job Description

Elevate your career as a Senior Backend Engineer for a dynamic Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform. Showcase your backend skills in a hands-on role focused on integrations and custom extensions.

As a Senior Engineer, you will be a key individual contributor supporting the platform's technical foundation. You'll design and operate backend services that interface with ERP, analytics, and ECAD systems. The role requires an innovative mindset and expert knowledge in backend technologies for end-to-end solution ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and operate integrations between PLM and downstream systems

• Design backend services using Java, C#, Go, or Kotlin

• Manage CI/CD processes and deploy applications on Kubernetes

• Implement REST APIs with advanced pagination and error handling

• Develop and troubleshoot production monitoring and telemetry

Requirements:

• 11+ years of backend software development experience

• Proficient in cloud-native development, especially Microsoft Azure

• Hands-on experience with containers and Kubernetes

• Strong grasp of API integration techniques and design patterns

• Excellent written communication skills for documentation
