The Opportunity We are currently seeking

Engineering and Science Co-op Students

to join our various Engineering Teams across our Operations in Sudbury, Ontario.

This is a

4 to 16 month fixed term

position starting in

January 2027 or May 2027 . Please be clear in your application which start date you are looking for.

As an Engineering or Science Coop student you will be provided with an opportunity that will allow you to gain valuable experience, knowledge and be a part of shaping our mining operations.

Additionally, in this position you will:

Follow Vale’s Safety Policies, Programs and Legislative Standards

Develop skills and abilities related to the provision of engineering in Ontario and Manitoba

Ensure compliance to the applicable laws, standards and guidelines

Provide technical support to enable safe and efficient operations in an industrial plant, mine or production laboratory.

Maintain demonstrate open and clear dialogue in all aspects of work
