Aritzia is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support Engineering Enablement initiatives in its Vancouver office. Drive the development of essential tools and platforms in a collaborative hybrid environment.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will manage the extensive roadmap and ensure that engineering objectives align seamlessly with business goals. Your role involves translating technical requirements into actionable plans, overseeing cross-squad dependencies, and maximizing vendor contributions to achieve high operational efficiency. You will also facilitate the necessary governance to align on priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage department roadmap for effective alignment
