Job Description

Drive janitorial excellence as an Operations Site Manager at BEST - For a Cleaner World in Burnaby, BC. Ensure a safe environment for staff while meeting client needs effectively.

In this full-time role, the Site Manager will oversee janitorial operations and manage a large team, providing motivation and coaching to staff. With a focus on employee development, you will also develop plans for growth and strategic solutions to challenges that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations to align with client specifications

• Coach and guide a diverse team of up to 40 members

• Implement timely communication of company initiatives

• Manage changing priorities based on business needs

• Address inquiries and contractual obligations outside business hours

Requirements:

• 3 years of relevant supervisory experience required

• Post-secondary business diploma is preferable

• Must pass a Canadian Criminal Background Check

• Strong skills in MS Office applications
