Amazon Program Manager for Delivery Operations

Job Description

Enhance Amazon's Canada Hub Delivery service as a Program Manager. This role is centered around the successful onboarding of delivery partners and optimizing operational workflows for maximum efficiency.

As a crucial team member, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for Hub Delivery partners, collaborating with the Business Development Manager on delivery performance. You will leverage analytics to identify improvements while minimizing interruptions in service for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new Hub Delivery partners

• Coordinate actions during delivery gaps for active partners

• Work with business and operational leaders on priorities

• Utilize Salesforce for monitoring and improving processes

• Guide special projects to streamline onboarding efforts
