Job Description

Lead wireless construction projects at WesTower as a Construction Manager. This role focuses on safety, quality assurance, and team leadership to drive successful telecommunication builds.

In this position, you will be at the forefront of project management, supporting foremen and subcontractors while enforcing compliance with safety and quality standards. Your expertise in wireless builds and construction documents will be crucial for team development and effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safe work practices in tower construction

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance

• Mentor field leadership with constructive feedback

• Coordinate with Project Managers for efficient execution

• Assist in incident and near-miss investigation processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in wireless construction

• Solid understanding of cellular site upgrade processes

• Technical Diploma or equivalent work background

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to cultivate a safety-focused work culture
