Job Description

With a Bachelor’s degree and over 8 years in the exhibit or events field, you will manage projects confidently, utilizing your understanding of structural mechanics and budgeting. This is a hands-on position requiring excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset. Responsibilities include developing implementation plans and supporting the sourcing of materials while ensuring project objectives are met without oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold internal policies with precision

• Create work-back schedules for project alignment

• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier services

• Monitor operational elements for thorough reconciliation

• Guide new Project Managers for skill development

Requirements:

• BA/BS with 8+ years of project management experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Aptitude for multitasking and meeting deadlines

• Strong client relationship building skills

• Flexibility to travel for on-site projects
