EarnIn is on the lookout for a Senior Web Engineer for its Early Bets projects. You will create and evolve user experiences while implementing complex systems that meet user needs effectively. Your role includes refining frontend architecture and ensuring the alignment of team objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define user experiences using modern frontend technologies

• Direct frontend architecture for scale and performance

• Mentor team members to elevate engineering standards

• Conduct testing to ensure product reliability

• Analyze frontend metrics for informed decision making

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or related fields

• Minimum 4 years of experience in frontend engineering

• Expertise in state management and component design
